These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Recurna, operated by Recurna (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Recurna, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Recurna is a problem discovery tool that analyses publicly available online discussions and surfaces recurring pain points relevant to SaaS founders and indie builders. Reports contain synthesised themes backed by verbatim quotes from public sources.

Recurna provides research assistance, not business advice or guarantees of market viability. Reports surface patterns from publicly available data — they do not predict the success of any product, market, or idea.

2. Account Registration

To purchase or access reports, you must authenticate via email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity under your Recurna account. You must provide a valid email address.

3. Payments and Refunds

Reports are sold on a pay-per-report basis at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in USD.

Refunds: You can preview the report structure before purchasing. If you are not satisfied after purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Credits purchased in packs do not expire, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Recurna for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying data or models
• Resell or redistribute report content without attribution
• Circumvent any access controls or payment mechanisms
• Use the service to generate content that harasses, defames, or harms others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

The Recurna platform, interface, and underlying technology are owned by us. Report content is generated from publicly available data. You may use report content for your own personal or commercial research purposes. You may not resell reports as a data product without our written consent.

Verbatim quotes within reports are sourced from public third-party platforms (Reddit). We make no claim of ownership over those quotes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Recurna is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Reports will be error-free, complete, or accurate at all times
• The service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
• The information in reports constitutes professional advice of any kind

AI-generated summaries are based on patterns in source data. While we strive for accuracy, report themes are not verified facts and should be treated as research starting points, not conclusions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Recurna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Data Sources

Recurna analyses publicly available content from Reddit and other public online communities. We are not affiliated with Reddit. The availability and accuracy of data is subject to changes in third-party platform policies, which are outside our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Recurna at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Recurna after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
